Our story

Made by Australian health professionals.

Bioelevate was formulated by an Australian registered nurse and dietitian, health professionals who understand what everyday Australians actually need to perform, recover and rehydrate properly.

It is formulated with genuine clinical expertise, not a marketing team's best guess, because the people behind it care how you perform and recover, not just how the label looks.

What each electrolyte does

Three minerals, and why the amounts are what they are.

1000mg

Sodium

Lost fastest, replaced properly.

Sodium is the mineral you lose most in sweat, and the one that decides whether the water you drink stays in your body or passes straight through. When it runs low you feel flat, your head aches and your legs go before your lungs do.

Most drinks put in a token amount. A serve of Bioelevate has 1000mg, a level that actually matches what a hard session, a hot day or a long shift takes out.

300mg

Potassium

The quiet achiever.

Potassium works alongside sodium, inside the cell rather than outside it, and it is part of every muscle contraction you make. It keeps your muscles firing when it matters most.

300mg per serve sits with the sodium in a ratio the body can use, rather than a number chosen to look good on a label.

200mg

Magnesium

Most diets fall short here. We pick up the slack.

Magnesium is involved in recovery, performance and hydration, and it is the mineral most Australians get least of from food alone.

The 200mg in every serve is magnesium bisglycinate chelate: magnesium bound to two glycine molecules. It is the form our nurse and dietitian chose, for how well it is absorbed and how gentle it is on the stomach, and it is not the cheap oxide most products reach for.
